The Founder of Gild, Kaavya Nayar, has a background in ESG risk-management for global organisations. During her consulting career, she noticed an increasing struggle for companies to embed sustainable practices.

AquaGen
While living in the Middle East, UK and United States, Kaavya discovered the environmental and health impacts of desalination and groundwater supply. She studied this further at her alma matter, the University of Southern California, and began to question the filtration and purity of water supply around her.
